Night Room Service Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a Night Room Service Waiter to join the Barceló Hotel Group in Tenerife. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests during the night shift, ensuring a pleasant and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and dismantle service areas, including tables and chairs, for night‑time room service.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, handling orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive guests, escort them if needed, and provide direct assistance during consumption.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (APPCC) throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Medium‑level vocational training in hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• High level of English proficiency.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under stress and maintain a professional appearance.

Required skills

• APPCC (food safety) knowledge.
