About the role
In this dynamic position you will be the heartbeat of our head office, ensuring smooth daily operations, a great employee experience, and a welcoming environment for all visitors. You will manage the flow of the office, from greeting guests to supporting onboarding and handling supplies and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main on‑site contact for all office matters, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Maintain office readiness and guest experience, keeping the workspace tidy and prepared for client or leadership visits.
- Oversee facilities maintenance, resolve day‑to‑day issues, and coordinate with third‑party vendors or service providers.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external services such as cleaning, courier, IT, travel, and catering.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, handle regular breakfast and fruit deliveries, and conduct periodic office shopping.
- Ensure shared spaces (kitchen, fridge, common areas) meet cleanliness standards and promote employee responsibility.
- Act as the contact for alarm or security matters and manage key distribution for new joiners.
- Handle reception and dispatch of office mail, packages, and courier services.
Required profile
- Proactive and organized individual who can serve as the primary point of contact for office operations.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and maintain a professional office environment.
