OnSite Services Engineer

About the role

As an OnSite Services Engineer you will work directly with customers to resolve field issues, warranty complaints and support site commissioning, service and repair activities. The role involves extensive travel to customer sites across various industries such as oil & gas, power, chemical and water.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders, prepare cost estimates and quotations based on specifications and predefined lists.
• Read and evaluate customer specifications, compile technical and commercial offer documents, and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform in‑house and on‑site repairs, service activities and technical support, including training during site visits.
• Develop and implement technical solutions for special problems, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle customer complaints.
• Ensure a safe work environment and comply with all safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with pumps, hydraulic systems, vibration analysis and field service operations.
• Willingness to travel extensively (60–80%) and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and ability to work well within a team.
