Operations Manager – Restaurant & Entertainment

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day activities of the Hard Rock Cafe at Port Aventura, ensuring seamless service across dining, bar, live‑music, events and retail areas. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an authentic Hard Rock experience to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑line restaurant operations, including food preparation, bar service, and guest experience.
• Manage large, multi‑disciplinary teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Control costs, optimize labor scheduling, and achieve profitability targets.
• Coordinate with culinary, events, and retail teams to ensure smooth cross‑functional execution.
• Maintain health, safety, and quality standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality, specifically restaurant front‑line operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or documented entrepreneurial hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities, verified by peers or supervisors.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to develop actionable solutions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
