Operations Process Improvement Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring an Operations Process Improvement Manager (Business Operations Manager) for its Secret Media Network, a digital entertainment and media group with city-based networks including Madrid Secreto. The role is fully focused on designing, implementing and improving processes that drive efficiency, scalability and performance across the organization, and is based in a central Madrid office with a hybrid setup.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve operational workflows across the network, standardizing ways of working across North America, Europe, APAC and Latam
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and turn them into scalable processes
• Find opportunities to automate manual processes with AI tools and internal systems, working with Tech and Data teams
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted, document and maintain operational playbooks
• Work with Marketing, Product, Data and Local teams to align operations with business needs
• Define and track KPIs such as post-production time, output and quality, and use data to drive decisions

Required profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM)
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations or production management, preferably in large, fast-paced, digital-first organizations
• Strong experience in process design, optimization and workflow automation
• Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs
• Fluent written and spoken English

Required skills

• Process design and optimization
• Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in using them for efficiency
• Stakeholder management and communication
