Operations Team Assistant

About the role

The Operations Team Assistant supports the day‑to‑day administration of real‑estate assets, ensuring accurate invoicing, expense tracking and OPEX control. Acting as the bridge between Finance and Operations, the role also serves as the primary contact for external accounting agencies and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Process third‑party invoices and manage rent concession controls.
• Register new suppliers in the company system and create purchase orders in Yardi.
• Handle accruals when invoices are not yet recorded.
• Monitor payments via Stripe and maintain cash‑balance reports.
• Track accounts payable, security deposits and refunds.
• Report key performance indicators for each asset.
• Lead reporting to the outsourced accounting provider.

Required profile

• Secondary education (FP de Grado medio) or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Yardi or Lavanda.
• Familiarity with Stripe payment platform.
