About the role
The Order Management Specialist will support Exide Technologies' Automotive division in Zaragoza, acting as a bridge between sales and operations to ensure efficient order processing and high service levels for customers across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage order management processes within the Business Logistics Center, ensuring efficient performance.
- Place orders and handle change requests in ERP systems, including processing EDI orders.
- Drive automation of order management using OCR technology.
- Receive, track, and validate customer orders.
- Resolve queries promptly and take appropriate actions.
- Liaise regularly with stakeholders and departments to address incomplete statuses or issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a technical discipline such as operations or supply chain management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong command of English.
- Availability for a temporary two‑year project.
