Packaging & Quality Control Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Packaging & Quality Control Technician to ensure the quality level of packaging materials and finished products throughout the incoming and filling processes. You will coordinate a team of technicians and support continuous improvement in a technologically advanced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Control and audit samples of packaging materials and finished products.
• Release or refuse packaging components and products based on quality assessments.
• Monitor and follow up on quality control plans.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Participate in non‑conformity management and new reference processes.
• Propose improvements to processes, products or materials to increase operational value.
• Ensure quality level compliance among production staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Senior high school technical training in Quality, Production or similar.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to work three‑shift schedules and adapt to seasonal workload peaks.
• Highly adaptable, dynamic, flexible and a strong team player.
• Experience in an industrial environment and team management.
