Key responsibilities

• Monitor digital energy market trends, identify growth opportunities and prospective clients.
• Design and implement sales strategies aligned with company targets, expanding the customer base while nurturing existing relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records, track sales performance, and lead customer satisfaction surveys.
• Assist in recruiting, training and motivating sales personnel, defining team goals and tracking performance.
• Contribute to setting quarterly and annual sales targets, monitor key metrics and help fine‑tune strategies.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues and oversee after‑sales support.
• Analyze sales data to detect trends, forecast performance and improve operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting activities, monitor expenses and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, customer feedback and market dynamics.
