People Service & Payroll Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a People Service & Payroll Specialist to join our People & Culture team in Barcelona. You will play a key part in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring compliant HR and pre‑payroll processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR and payroll administration support to employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with Spanish employment legislation.
• Manage pre‑payroll operations and coordinate with finance for accurate payroll execution.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR software systems.
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives that improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR professional with strong knowledge of Spanish employment law.
• Ability to support employees and managers with HR and payroll queries.
• Motivation to work in an international, multilingual environment.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Spanish employment legislation.
• Experience with payroll administration.
• Familiarity with HR software platforms.
