Performance & Improvement Manager – OES Leader (C295)

About the role

Join the Light Transport Aircraft (LTA) FAL and MRO team in Seville as the Performance & Improvement (P&I) Manager and Operational Excellence System (OES) Leader for the C295 program. You will define strategy, set goals and drive continuous improvement across the plant, working with international transversal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Lean steering committees and coordinate all improvement activities, including Lean, TIPs, PPS, HK and major projects.
• Define and cascade KPIs at all levels, ensuring alignment with LTA FAL & MRO objectives.
• Organise LTA branding events and promote the LTA day.
• Implement and train users on OES digital tools such as Digital SQCDP, One Single Flow, Control Room and Process Confirming.
• Plan and coordinate Health & Safety activities, process confirming, communication plans and organisational routines.
• Benchmark best practices with other plants and drive local adoption.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams on digitalisation, R&D and mindset change initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation skills to work across silos and cultures.

• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Experience in leading improvement programmes in an industrial or aerospace environment.
