Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid‑media and acquisition efforts for a premium watch and jewellery brand in Palma de Mallorca. You will own the full performance‑marketing funnel, from strategy to execution, and work closely with the brand’s digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid‑media strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads and retargeting channels.
• Drive e‑commerce acquisition, conversion optimisation and CRO initiatives.
• Design and optimise CRM architecture and customer journeys.
• Analyse performance data, produce reporting and turn insights into actionable decisions.
• Contribute to the overall structuring of the brand’s digital ecosystem.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience in B2C environments.
• Proven track record of managing acquisition campaigns and budgets with measurable results.
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail, consumer or lifestyle brands; luxury experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work quickly across multiple channels.
• Based in Mallorca or willing to relocate.
