Pharmaceutical Production Operator

About the role

Join Curaleaf International as a Production Operator and play a central part in our pharmaceutical manufacturing line. You will operate equipment, prepare materials, and help ensure that every product meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Prepare raw materials and supplies for each production batch.
• Perform basic quality checks to verify product compliance.
• Record production data and promptly report any deviations or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Follow all standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and meet production deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent and flexibility to work different shifts.

Required skills

• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) training.
• Production machinery operation.
