Plant Coordinator (Substitution Contract)

About the role

Join Airbus Helicopters in Albacete as a Plant Coordinator on a substitution contract. You will work within the Plant Management and Operations teams, ensuring projects and initiatives are executed in line with regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate action plans across departments, schedule follow‑up meetings and organise responses to new requirements.
• Communicate relevant information (health & safety, environmental, budgetary) through meetings, briefings or digital channels.
• Participate in safety inspections, identify follow‑up actions and plan their resolution.
• Report on performance indicators, draft corrective action plans when targets are missed.
• Represent the plant in internal and external forums as required.

Required profile

• Experience in plant or operations coordination within an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of HSE, CAPEX monitoring and project support (SDP).
• Ability to act as liaison between multiple departments and escalate issues appropriately.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
