PLM & PIM Product Owner

About the role

Metyis is looking for a PLM & PIM Product Owner with 1-3 years of relevant experience to join its Product Management team in Madrid. You will support digital initiatives, optimise PLM & PIM processes and work with cross-functional teams to improve platform adoption, operational efficiency and digital experiences. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in implementing the digital strategy for PLM & PIM, improving adoption, efficiency and user experience
• Gather and document business requirements, turning stakeholder needs into functional specifications, acceptance criteria and delivery plans
• Coordinate digital initiatives with business and technical teams and continuously improve collection-related processes
• Prepare and run functional tests and UAT, document issues and coordinate their resolution
• Identify workflow improvements and better platform and content quality
• Deliver training and documentation so stakeholders can use digital tools effectively
• Work with Product Management, IT, Digital Channels and Customer Service to align digital integration
• Monitor digital performance metrics, report on them and turn findings into recommendations
• Challenge existing processes and propose practical, sustainable improvements

Required profile

• Relevant experience in digital operations, e-commerce, digital project delivery or product-related roles
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specifications with technical teams
• Familiarity with digital platforms and ability to learn new tools
• Experience with functional testing or UAT, including test scenarios and issue follow-up
• Training, documentation and knowledge-sharing experience
• Analytical skills, strong communication and proactive process improvement mindset
