Portuguese-speaking Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Portuguese‑speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our Valencia office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will engage with customers across phone, email, chat and social media, delivering professional and empathetic support throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media.
• Provide personalized assistance by listening, understanding and resolving concerns.
• Offer guidance and solutions to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify customer needs and suggest process improvements internally.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to satisfaction, quality and productivity.
• Maintain long‑term relationships by delivering impactful experiences.

Required profile

• Fluent Portuguese (C1) and proficient English (B2).
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or financial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication, strong listening and empathy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
