PR & Influencer Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a PR & Influencer Specialist to shape and deliver our communications strategy across Spain and Portugal. You will lead PR campaigns, manage influencer relationships and drive social media engagement to strengthen the brand’s visibility and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute PR campaigns aligned with product launches, innovation, corporate reputation, partnerships and CSR.
• Build and maintain media relationships across technology, business, lifestyle and consumer outlets.
• Develop and manage an influencer ecosystem, handling creator selection, briefing, negotiation and performance tracking.
• Plan and deliver PR‑driven events, press briefings and influencer activations.
• Craft compelling stories from business and product milestones for media, influencers and social channels.
• Own the PR and influencer calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Define and lead social media strategy on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and X.
• Guide junior team members in day‑to‑day social media execution.
• Secure speaking opportunities, events and partnerships to boost brand thought leadership.
• Manage relationships with agencies, partners and external organisations.
• Support crisis communications and manage budgets for external agencies.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in PR, communications, influencer marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in corporate PR, media relations and campaign execution.
• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end influencer campaigns.
• Experience defining and leading social media strategy and content direction.
• Strong storytelling and writing abilities.
• Solid understanding of social media trends and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with interest in technology and entertainment.
