Pre‑Sales Junior Engineer

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Junior Engineer will support the sales team by preparing technical proposals, system designs, price quotes and presentations for enterprise customers. Working closely with sales, product and engineering teams, you will help translate customer requirements into viable solutions and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in bidding processes, including system design, technical proposals, pricing and presales testing.
• Identify and develop opportunities with key enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate internal communication between sales, product, and engineering to ensure requirements are reflected in the product.
• Collect and analyse market and competitive information to support marketing strategies and business plans.
• Create cooperative business plans with customers and partners and recommend action plans for new opportunities.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and controls.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while building trusted relationships with customers and team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide regular project updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant experience within the IT industry.
