Primary Teacher (Part-time, Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Primary Teacher for our Castelldefels campus. The role is temporary, covering four days a week for a fixed period ending in June 2027. You will join a vibrant community that follows the Cognita Teaching Toolkit and delivers the English National Curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the primary curriculum in an innovative and inspirational manner.
• Maintain high expectations for all pupils and monitor progress through ongoing formative assessment and observations.
• Use summative assessments to support overall teacher evaluations.
• Model outstanding teaching practice and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience in primary education.
• Commitment to the values and standards of Cognita and the British School of Barcelona.
• Ability to work four days per week on‑site at the Castelldefels campus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the English National Curriculum.
• Knowledge of the Cognita Teaching Toolkit.
