Principal Business Consultant – Life Sciences Quality

About the role

As a Principal Business Consultant in Veeva’s Quality Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Veeva Business Consulting’s largest and most complex global projects, ensuring excellence across multiple teams.
• Own business development for the Quality Practice, architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M.
• Manage and mentor high‑performing consulting teams, driving professional growth and delivery standards.
• Develop and champion industry‑leading thought leadership in Quality.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve critical challenges.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Life Sciences consulting experience (management consulting preferred).
• Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.
• Deep domain knowledge in Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and the broader Life Sciences landscape.
• Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‑level customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
