Principal Product Manager - Global Platform Solutions

About the role

Ingram Micro is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, design and execution of innovative platform solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a strategic product leadership role combining product management, technology, vendor and customer partnerships and business transformation. The ideal candidate understands complex technology ecosystems, designs end-to-end solutions, works with strategic vendors and partners and drives initiatives from concept to adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Meet directly with vendors and resellers to understand their business models, pain points and growth ambitions, then turn those insights into scalable product strategies.
• Act as a builder PM: discover partners deeply, frame the opportunity, define the product vision, build and test user experiences, and drive cross-functional execution from 0 to 1.
• Define success metrics, instrument them and use data to iterate quickly and make clear prioritization decisions.
• Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to speed up discovery, prototyping and delivery.
• Influence cross-domain roadmaps without direct authority, using compelling narratives and data-driven proposals.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in high-growth B2C or B2B B2B technology, distribution, SaaS or platform businesses.
• Proven track record of leading complex products, solutions or technology initiatives from concept through measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Preferred: experience in B2B technology distribution, cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure or enterprise ecosystems, with major vendors and hyperscalers, and with AI/ML or agentic AI applied to business processes.
