Private Wealth Partner - Spain

About the role

Skybound Wealth Management is looking for an experienced Private Wealth Partner to join its Mijas office near Malaga, with a clear focus on building and growing a client base in the international and expatriate market. The role suits advisers who enjoy client acquisition and long-term relationship management, supported by a fully licensed, multi-jurisdictional platform, centralised compliance and operations, and Plume, the firm's proprietary wealth technology.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow your own client book through referrals, professional networks, events and proactive outreach, converting prospects into long-term advisory relationships
• Retain and deepen client relationships through high-quality advice and service
• Deliver holistic financial advice covering investments, pensions, protection, tax and estate planning
• Advise internationally mobile clients with assets, income or family across multiple jurisdictions
• Review and adapt client plans as goals, circumstances and market conditions change

Required profile

• Level 4 qualification in financial advice or equivalent
• Previous experience as a practising financial adviser
• Proven experience building and managing a client book
• Commercial mindset focused on growth and client acquisition
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence advising internationally mobile and high-earning clients
• Ability to work autonomously while using central support teams
• High standards of professionalism, organisation and follow-through
• Desirable: experience advising expatriate or international clients, additional licences or willingness to obtain them, multilingual capability
