Process Improvement Manager – AMXL FM Expansion

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Process Improvement Manager for its AMXL FM Expansion team. This temporary (up to 12 months) position will be based at one of Amazon’s specialist fulfilment or delivery sites in the UK or Europe and will focus on enhancing the driver experience and overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives that innovate the driver experience and streamline processes.
• Audit existing processes for compliance, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Analyse feedback and operational data to design and execute site‑level process improvements.
• Collaborate with station management and cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve process‑related issues.
• Conduct observations and audits, recommend changes, and manage projects to embed new procedures.
• Share best practices and successful improvements across Amazon’s EU network.
• Use data‑driven insights to support productivity, safety and quality goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Strong communication skills with leadership, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with process‑improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Lean (preferred).
