Product Designer

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Product Designer to own the design process from discovery to delivery. You will work closely with product owners, engineers and data scientists to create simple, scalable experiences for millions of customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists and other stakeholders to define customer needs.
• Identify key project metrics and take ownership of their success.
• Research and surface insights that support complex goals such as new‑market launches and feature expansions.
• Design end‑to‑end product solutions, from wire‑frames to high‑fidelity prototypes, ensuring elegance and attention to detail.
• Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops to validate concepts.
• Present technical design solutions during design reviews.
• Review release performance, extract learnings and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing commercial applications in‑house.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
• Proven design expertise across iOS, Android and web platforms.
• Strategic thinking about product direction and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Understanding of technical implications of design choices.
• Ownership of the design process from concept to delivery.
• Deep focus on user experience and human behaviour.
• Clean visual design sense, including typography and grid systems.
• Passion for problem‑solving and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
