Product Manager – Supply Chain Operations

About the role

Zoco Home is looking for a passionate Product Manager to strengthen and develop our supply chain operations. You will own the product lifecycle, ensuring collections are commercially strong, operationally feasible, and aligned with our Mediterranean brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and development to launch and ongoing performance.
• Analyze sales, stock rotation, margins and trends to inform decision‑making.
• Maintain product data (naming, descriptions, dimensions) across all systems.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor product performance.
• Benchmark pricing and positioning; propose new products and review existing lines.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing and marketing teams for seamless product execution.
• Implement and follow up on KPIs, ensuring cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a degree in Business Administration, Product Management or Interior Design (analytics oriented).
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Commercial focus, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Problem‑solving attitude and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of the furniture/home‑decor industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• ERP experience (preferably Odoo).
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and Power BI.
• Product data management and dashboard creation.
