Production Coordinator

About the role

Flying Bark Productions is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support a specific department within its animation pipeline. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with the department supervisor and Production Manager to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow for the assigned department, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Maintain and update production schedules, diaries, and spreadsheets.
• Manage files, produce documents, and ensure accurate formatting and presentation.
• Facilitate communication between departments, handling confidential material discreetly.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support the department supervisor as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of production coordination experience in animated film or episodic series.
• Proven experience coordinating asset/design, lighting/comp, or animation departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, diary‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligible to work in Spain/Europe; local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred.
