Production Manager

About the role

Fragrance Science is seeking a hands‑on Production Manager to lead the new industrial campus near Barcelona. The role will oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, safety and on‑time delivery while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑shift production teams and manage daily batch schedules.
• Enforce quality, safety and regulatory standards across all operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop industrial routines.
• Scale production capacity to meet growing demand.
• Coordinate with product development and supply chain functions.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Solid experience in industrial production management.
• Strong background in fragrances, perfumery, flavours or related sectors.
• Proven leadership of multi‑shift teams.
• Chemical or technical engineering background, or equivalent senior industrial experience.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on quality, safety and service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.
