Project and Innovation Manager, Holcim+ Concrete

About the role

Holcim+Concrete is part of Holcim+, the global digital platform that unifies customer-facing applications across Holcim's business lines (Cement, Aggregates, Ready-Mix Concrete and Solutions & Products). It offers three main tools: a customer application, a driver application and a dispatch web application. The Project and Innovation Manager acts as the key liaison between product development teams and country stakeholders, ensuring successful design, build and deployment of Holcim+ Concrete. The role is based in Madrid.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in defining product vision and prioritising features, and oversee feature development, including incremental and major design changes
• Act as main contact with the UX/UI team to co-design products and features and validate changes
• Support each new country rollout as product expert on existing features and possible configurations
• Capture business needs, turn them into specifications and share them with Project and Scrum teams
• Organise and coordinate standalone and integrated testing
• Help countries set up their driver app with local hardware, plan and support user training and onboarding, and prepare countries for adoption
• Act as key contact for the RMX countries team on product and RMX process questions, and interact with Ops, IT/Digital, Management and Digital Centers
• Co-organise working sessions with the Product team during rollouts and key innovation phases

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field; equivalent experience is considered
• 5+ years in RMX business, ideally within operations
• Project delivery experience, preferably in digital product environments
• Experience in matrix organisations and international companies is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish or another language is a plus
