Project Manager for EU Funded Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will plan, coordinate and implement trans‑national entrepreneurship, training or innovation projects funded by the EU. The role ensures projects are delivered within the defined budget, timeline and scope while keeping stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project tasks and activities according to the approved schedule.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Control deviations, issue and validate deliverables.
• Engage with project participants such as new entrepreneurs in training or mentoring programmes.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate meetings with partner organisations across the EU.
• Maintain project evidence and prepare reports for the relevant EU agency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Relations, International Trade or a higher VET degree in International Commerce.
• Minimum two years of experience managing EU‑funded projects (training, labour market, entrepreneurship or innovation).
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
