Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead SaaS implementation projects for hospitality customers in Spain. The role is remote‑first and involves guiding projects from kickoff through go‑live while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multiple customer implementation projects, covering initiation, deployment and handover.
• Coordinate scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead customer meetings, steering committees and project reviews, providing proactive status updates.
• Manage change requests, escalations and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists, technical experts, support and customer success teams.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools to streamline administration, reporting and documentation.
• Monitor project health with data‑driven insights and predictive analysis to identify risks early.
• Maintain accurate records in project management and CRM systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, templates and AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of project management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS implementations or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals such as scope, scheduling, risk assessment, RAID, change control and stakeholder communication.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
