Project Manager

About the role

Exalit.Pro is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead offshore and marine engineering projects from Las Palmas. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule and budget; develop detailed execution plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams covering mechanical, structural, piping and electrical disciplines.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Maintain client relationships, handle schedule pressures and scope changes.
• Manage logistics, expediting, and compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate variation orders, change orders and budget revisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in offshore, maritime, shipyard or marine engineering services.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary scopes and client expectations under pressure.
• Strong commercial sense with experience in variation orders and budget control.
• Full professional proficiency in English and legal right to work in Spain/EU.
• Willingness to be based on‑site in Las Palmas.
