Project Manager – Marine Services & Refit

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead yacht refit, repair, maintenance and upgrade projects for a leading luxury marine company. Based in Barcelona, you will be the main point of contact for clients and will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of yacht refit, repair, maintenance and upgrade projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources and budgets in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
• Coordinate production, technical, logistics and procurement activities for efficient execution.
• Monitor progress, manage schedules, milestones, costs, risks and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Resolve issues proactively and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and health & safety requirements.
• Support handover of completed projects and maintain high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience in marine, yacht refit, shipbuilding, engineering or related technical sectors.
• Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, resource planning and reporting.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, especially in technical environments.
