Project Manager – NetSuite Implementation

About the role

Bring IT is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end NetSuite implementation projects for its global clients. You will own the delivery from kickoff through handover, ensuring scope, timeline, budget and quality standards are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of NetSuite implementation projects, from kickoff to handover.
• Define and control project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables and success criteria, maintaining detailed project plans and timelines.
• Lead project governance activities, including weekly meetings, steering committees and executive reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations around scope, change and decision ownership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of functional consultants, technical consultants, solution architects and integration specialists.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, and manage change control processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex IT implementation projects, preferably with NetSuite.
• Strong communication skills with both client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities focused on delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
