About the role
Kapres Technology is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead WMS implementation projects for an international logistics client. The role is hybrid, with two days per week onsite in Madrid (Pozuelo) and three days remote.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project resources to deliver small and medium‑scale projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including documentation, risk and issue logs, and weekly progress reporting.
- Prepare and deliver management presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate service providers to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in a large international logistics environment.
- 2‑5+ years of IT project management experience.
- Proven track record of managing project teams and conducting workshops for requirements gathering and gap analysis.
