Quality Control Manager – Temporary (6‑8 months)

About the role

Grand Medical Group AG is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a 6‑8 month assignment to support its pharmaceutical operations in Spain. The role will lead the QC laboratory, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Quality Control laboratory activities.
• Ensure compliance with EU GMP and other applicable regulations.
• Review and approve analytical results, specifications, and testing documentation.
• Manage deviations, out‑of‑specification (OOS) investigations, and CAPA processes.
• Guarantee timely release of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP regulations.
• Experience with analytical methods and laboratory systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
