Raw Material Inbound Specialist – Sant Gregori, Spain

About the role

Fedrigoni is looking for a Raw Material Inbound Specialist to ensure the smooth flow of raw materials into its Sant Gregori plant in Girona, Spain. You will play a key part in maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting production schedules, and guaranteeing timely deliveries from suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze raw‑material stock, supplier orders, sales forecasts and consumption to keep inventory at target levels.
• Manage material arrivals, balancing inbound flow with finished‑product demand.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, confirm delivery dates and monitor order progress.
• Review purchase prices, verify invoices against purchase‑order terms, and ensure accurate costing.
• Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
• Identify potential shortages or surpluses in advance and coordinate with Planning to avoid production impact.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, R&D, Finance and other functions to align schedules and achieve KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within supply‑chain or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in production or manufacturing processes.
• Autonomous, team‑oriented and able to work in a dynamic setting.
