Recruitment Consultant – Delivery Only, Relocate to Malta

About the role

Archer is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Malta office. The position is focused entirely on delivering candidates for IT clients, with no business‑development responsibilities. You will work with warm client accounts and help place talent in a fast‑growing technology sector while enjoying a Mediterranean lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing client partners, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Provide regular updates and market insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed agreed‑upon placement targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency recruitment or a similar KPI‑driven, client‑facing environment.
• Track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and willing to relocate to Malta for long‑term career growth.
• Degree preferred but not mandatory.
