Regional Manager – LPG

About the role

The Regional Manager – LPG will lead the LPG supply, shipping, distribution and safety operations across the assigned region. Reporting to the Director – Head of M&A Commercial, LATAM and Caribbean, the role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and profitability while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of LPG sales, operations and safety within the region.
• Collaborate with market General Managers to support sales and safe operations.
• Develop and grow the wholesale LPG sales segment.
• Manage supply agreements and vessel‑based deliveries to Sol and third‑party customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Supervise, coach and develop a team of approximately five members, including two direct reports.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase growth and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Prepare budgets, financial plans and regular performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, company policies and industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the LPG sector, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to develop and execute growth‑oriented business strategies.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and travel frequently within the region.
• Fluent oral and written English.
