Regional Partnerships Manager – eCommerce

About the role

The Regional Partnerships Manager will lead the development and management of key partner relationships across the assigned region for a fast‑growing DTC eCommerce company. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnerships, you will identify new collaboration opportunities, drive joint initiatives, and ensure partner success aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new partners to expand the regional network.
• Design and execute engagement strategies to grow existing partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, support and relationship management.
• Track, analyze and report on partner performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct regular business reviews and co‑develop marketing, sales enablement and co‑branding initiatives.
• Deliver training and enablement resources to partners on ESW services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and regional partner dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and product teams to ensure seamless execution of partner programs.
• Maintain accurate records of partner activities in the CRM system and present progress reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in partnerships, sales, account management or business development.
• Fluent in English, French and Spanish, capable of leading meetings in all three languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the DTC eCommerce landscape and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with data and eager to develop analytical abilities.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
