Regional Trainer – Iberia Hospitality

About the role

As the Regional Trainer & Field Coach for Iberia, you will lead learning, development and capability building across The Social Hub’s hotels. You will design and deliver onboarding and training programmes, coach operational leaders on the floor and embed a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions (in‑person and virtual) covering product knowledge, skills and behaviours.
• Localise and co‑create learning content to reflect regional culture while maintaining brand standards.
• Coach hotel leaders on the floor, observe performance and provide structured feedback.
• Partner with General Managers, Regional Development Officers and People Partners to identify development needs and support succession planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business priorities into targeted learning initiatives.
• Coordinate external training partners and develop in‑house trainers to scale impact.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness using performance data, guest feedback and audits, continuously improving programmes.

Required profile

• Solid experience in hospitality operations within 4‑star/5‑star lifestyle brands or similar, across areas such as Front Office, Rooms, F&B, M&E or Membership.
• Proven experience delivering or facilitating training programmes, ideally including onboarding.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create impact.
