About the role

Join the Regulatory Affairs Documentation team in Barcelona and support the preparation of product documentation for worldwide customers. This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience in the flavor industry, allowing you to become familiar with regulatory requirements and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Flavor Documentation team.
• Prepare standard documents and basic questionnaires for global customers.
• Follow Standard Operational Procedures and internal guidelines.
• Use internal software systems and Microsoft Office to respond to customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, fast‑learning, and team‑spirit.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work during bank holidays if needed.
