Renewal Manager (French speaker) – Enterprise SaaS

About the role
Elastic is looking for a French‑speaking Renewal Manager to own the end‑to‑end renewal process for its enterprise customers. In this individual‑contributor position you will work closely with sales, customer success and legal teams to ensure timely renewals, mitigate risk and uncover growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, initiating renewal conversations at least 180 days before contract end.
- Drive the full renewal cycle – forecasting, negotiation, and closure – while delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and qualify upsell and expansion opportunities, collaborating with account executives and CSMs.
- Maintain accurate renewal status, risk assessments and forecasts in Salesforce and other reporting tools.
- Partner cross‑functionally with sales, legal, operations and customer success to streamline processes and resolve issues quickly.
- Stay current on new Elastic product capabilities to articulate evolving value propositions.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing enterprise renewals or SaaS account portfolios.
- Deep understanding of renewal forecasting, risk mitigation and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles independently and prioritize strategically.
- Fluent in French and English.
Required skills
- Salesforce (SFDC) proficiency.
