Renewals Manager

About the role

Jitterbit is seeking a well‑organized Renewals Manager to own the end‑to‑end subscription renewal lifecycle. The role works in a supportive, cross‑functional global environment alongside sales, customer success and finance teams to ensure timely and profitable renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Audit customer licensing against actual platform usage and map the customer journey to identify renewal risks.
• Partner with assigned accounts, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to define renewal objectives and schedule alignment calls.
• Drive each renewal to completion at least 30 days before contract expiration.
• Review historical contracts, align product usage with agreed terms, and develop tailored value propositions for expansion.
• Draft and negotiate contractual documents, set clear renewal expectations, and collaborate with Legal on non‑standard clauses.
• Master and articulate Jitterbit’s core value proposition and coordinate with internal teams when customers express interest in additional solutions.
• Leverage Jitterbit’s methodology to accurately forecast renewal and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of legal agreements and subscription contracts.
• Excellent negotiation, coordination and communication skills.
• Proactive engagement with internal stakeholders and customers 4‑5 months before renewal dates.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple renewals simultaneously.
