Retail Project Manager

About the role

Acierta is seeking a talented and resourceful Retail Project Manager to be based in Valencia, Spain. The role supports Middle East‑based clients, requiring flexibility to align with regional business hours and occasional travel to the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail and experiential projects from concept to completion, focusing on Middle East markets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Oversee creation and quality control of technical drawings, 3D models and renders, ensuring compliance with CAD standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, production, logistics) across time zones.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure quality standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments and status updates.
• Manage on‑site implementation, logistics and contractor coordination.
• Serve as primary client contact, translating briefs into actionable proposals and expanding account relationships.

• Comfortable managing multiple fast‑paced projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexibly across different time zones and travel when needed.
• Strong representation and stakeholder management skills.
