About the role

Join a leading luxury fashion house as a Sales Assistant in Madrid. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, helping customers discover the product universe while contributing to the store’s turnover.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers, identify their needs and guide them through the selling ceremony.
Present products, explain the brand story and recommend complementary items.
Finalize sales, process exchanges and manage special orders.
Build lasting customer relationships and ensure personalized follow‑up.
Collaborate on stock management, restocking and inventory tasks.
Maintain visual standards and ensure product shelving complies with brand guidelines.

Required profile

Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail, especially with shoes.
Strong customer‑service orientation and hospitality techniques.
Excellent presentation and oral communication skills.
Adaptable, flexible, team‑oriented.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
