Sales Assistant (Temporary, 30h) – Ibiza

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our Ibiza store on a temporary, 30‑hour weekly basis. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive store performance by delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, guide them through the sales process and provide tailored product advice.
• Operate the till system, process payments, and handle exchanges, credit notes and holds.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, organized shop floor and stockroom.
• Support loss‑prevention procedures and participate in regular inventory counts.
• Contribute to team collaboration, share best practices and assist other stores when needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends, product knowledge and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of sales assistant experience in a fashion or luxury brand.
• Business‑driven mindset with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work flexibly according to store hours.
• Passion for fashion, art and design; fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
