Sales Associate Intern – Flexible Housing

About the role

Join Habyt’s fast‑growing flexible housing team in Madrid as a Sales Associate Intern. You will support the sales team by guiding prospective members from first enquiry through contract signing, helping keep the building fully occupied.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via website, phone, email and WhatsApp, qualify needs, budget and move‑in dates.
• Assist with on‑site visits and virtual tours, presenting apartment types and amenities.
• Follow up leads by phone and email, update the CRM and help convert enquiries into bookings.
• Prepare offers and contracts, support the signing and move‑in process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date availability and pricing across channels.
• Coordinate with the Guest Experience team for seamless check‑in handover.
• Track pipeline and conversion metrics, gather market and competitor insights.
• Learn and apply SOPs, brand standards and GDPR requirements.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in business, hospitality, real estate, marketing or a related field, able to sign an internship agreement.
• No prior experience required; customer‑facing or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
