Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

As a Sales Associate in the Dior boutique on Paseo de Gracia, you will be the face of the brand, delivering the iconic Dior experience to every client. You will combine product knowledge with a passion for luxury fashion to drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets using proven sales techniques.
• Demonstrate deep product expertise, sharing the stories and details behind each collection.
• Identify client needs, advise on product selection, and generate add‑on sales.
• Provide a personalized retail ceremony, ensuring each customer feels valued.
• Maintain and grow a client database through effective clienteling.
• Create a welcoming, client‑focused environment both in‑store and via phone or electronic communication.
• Develop and nurture a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
• Support back‑office tasks such as product reception, quality control, stock updates, and packaging preparation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury boutique sales.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the team.
