Sales Development Representative (French-speaking) – Hybrid – Cloud Solutions

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Sales Development Representative focused on French‑speaking customers. Based in Benalmadena with a hybrid work model, you will be the first point of contact for Microsoft Cloud prospects, helping them discover and adopt advanced cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a strong first impression and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
• Quarterback the sales process from lead generation to purchase, acting as the main contact for Microsoft customers.
• Engage small and medium businesses across industries to match their needs with cloud technologies.
• Secure wins for Microsoft Cloud, maximizing up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
• Convert prospects and qualified leads into revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback and convey the “voice of the customer” to internal teams.

Required profile

• Bilingual French and fluent English.
• 2‑3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
• At least 1 year of sales account or customer management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
