Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Red Points is a digital revenue recovery platform used by over 1,000 companies to combat counterfeits, piracy, impersonation and distribution abuse. As its Sales Development Representative in Barcelona, you will attract new potential customers, make the initial contact, explain the solution and arrange qualified meetings. You work alongside a dedicated Account Executive to source accounts, follow up prequalified meetings, manage your own pipeline in Salesforce and drive deal progression to revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate how technology can eliminate piracy, impersonation and online counterfeits
• Help build strategic target account lists and align on go-to-market strategies and account mapping with the sales team and leadership
• Teach potential customers, identify their pain points and share the impact Red Points can deliver
• Hold high-level conversations with senior executives in target accounts
• Engage outboundly via calls, emails and social media to generate interest and qualify prospects

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role such as inside sales or sales executive
• Fluent or native English
• Proven track record of meeting quotas
• Nice to have: experience in SaaS, digital or software, and another native-level European language

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including over the phone
• Ability to explain the solution clearly and concisely
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
